All repairs come with at least a six (6) months warranty on labour and any additional warranty that parts / components and materials may come with at the time of their purchase.

Items can be collected or delivered to us whichever option is most convenient for customers, in some instances items maybe too large or heavy for customers to manage so we will automatically collect such items…

Health & Safety advice:

1. Remember to regularly check all electrical equipment especially those that are being used on a daily basis.
2. Look / check for damaged cable/s, faulty functions, odd smells or noises etc.
3. Switch off equipment not being used & unplug from the mains / wall socket.
4. Never overload wall sockets or extension leads, never trail extension leads carelessly where other people may trip on it or it may get caught between moving parts or doors.
5. Handle all electrical items with care and respect, under no circumstances handle / use electrical equipment in or around water unless specified by the items manufacturer…
